Notice Concerning Test Applications: Non-home club members must include a letter of permission with this application or have your home club test chair email permission to: testing@palomaresfsc.org. Cancellations or special requests must be made eight (8) days prior to test date. Cancellations received after this time will result in the skater forfeiting test fees. Any medical cancellations must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. Any skater who forfeits their test fees must resubmit a test application. If a skater signs up for a test date and then cancels, he or she must take their test on the next scheduled test date or forfeit their test fees. Test fees will only be carried forward one test session.
A $25 late fee in addition to the appropriate test and guest fees must accompany any application submitted within eight (8) days of test date. Test applicants who are not Palomares full or associate members must include an additional $25 guest fee per application. Any application, which does not contain all the information including USFSA number, will be returned to applicant. All applicants must bring refreshments to the test session for the judges. All test applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the test date to: Marsan Rood
